1. Sample Not Collected (Online Payment Cases)
- Full refund is applicable in the following cases:
- No service provider is available in the customer’s area.
- Multiple bookings made by mistake due to system error.
- Service provider fails to make a reasonable attempt to deliver service.
- For all other cancellation cases, ₹100 will be deducted as cancellation charges.
2. Sample Collected but Not Processed
- If a customer cancels after the sample is collected but before processing, a deduction of ₹200 to ₹300 will be made as handling charges.
- If sample processing is affected due to pre-analytical or transport issues, the customer will receive a 100% refund.
3. Sample Collected, Processed & Reported
- No refund is permitted after the report has been successfully generated and delivered.
4. Sample Collected, Processed but Cancelled by Lab
- If the laboratory cancels the test order due to technical issues (i.e. all tests unprocessed), a re-test may be offered.
- If the customer declines the re-test, refund will be issued only if bank details are provided within 60 days.
- Refund will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 working days from processing.
5. General Refund Conditions
- All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page.
- Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source used at the time of booking.
- Any dispute or refund query not raised within 60 days of transaction will not be entertained.
- Mediyaar reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
