- Mediyaar is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence in password or account sharing.
- Users must report any suspicious activity to us immediately.
3. Lab & Doctor Partner Obligations
- Labs must list accurate test names, prices, and turnaround times.
- All services provided must follow proper diagnostic protocols and government compliance.
- Partners are strictly required to maintain patient data confidentiality.
- Delays in report delivery or negligence may lead to account suspension.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
- All test bookings are subject to lab availability and confirmation.
- Pre-payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise specified.
- Booking fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- The lab cancels or fails to deliver the service.
- The customer cancels the order before sample collection.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Affiliate Program (Gold & Platinum Partners)
Mediyaar offers a structured affiliate program for individuals and businesses through two tiers: Gold and Platinum. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the terms below:
- A one-time partner registration fee is required, which is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Each tier offers different benefits such as commission rate, reorder commission, payment cycles, and support levels.
- All commissions are valid only for successful and verified transactions. Cancellations, fake leads, or duplicate orders will not be eligible for commission.
- Partners must not misuse, spam, or misrepresent Mediyaar services. Doing so will lead to termination of account without refund.
- Any promotional content provided must be used ethically and within guidelines shared by Mediyaar.
- Mediyaar reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on Mediyaar.com — including logos, code, text, images, and layout — is the property of Mediyaar.
- No part of this website may be reproduced, copied, or used without written consent.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
- Mediyaar is a service aggregator and not the test provider. We facilitate bookings with third-party diagnostic labs.
- We are not responsible for diagnostic errors, delays in reporting, or the outcome of any test.
- All medical concerns or disputes must be taken up with the lab directly.
8. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user, lab, or affiliate account in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- We may also suspend access during site maintenance, upgrades, or legal matters.
9. Governing Law
- All terms are governed by Indian law.
- Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
