By using Mediyaar, creating an account or continuing a test booking, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking service.
Using Mediyaar
Mediyaar is an online platform that helps you explore diagnostic services and place booking requests with participating diagnostic providers. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
We may update, suspend or improve parts of the platform when necessary for maintenance, security, service quality or legal compliance.
Bookings, availability & payments
- A booking request is subject to serviceability, provider availability, address verification and collection-slot confirmation.
- Prices, inclusions and any payment requirement shown at checkout apply to that booking. Where a payment is required, it must be completed before the booking can be confirmed.
- Cancellation, refund and rescheduling requests are handled according to the applicable provider and refund policy.
- A booking confirmation is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified clinician.
Booking contact and reminders
When you continue a booking or verify your mobile number, you agree that Mediyaar may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS or call about that booking. This can include OTP verification, serviceability, appointment reminders, collection changes and support.
Diagnostic providers & health information
Diagnostic tests, sample collection, reports and clinical interpretation are provided by the relevant diagnostic provider. Mediyaar facilitates the booking and shares the information needed to fulfil your request with that provider.
Please give accurate patient, contact, address and booking details. Test information on the site is for general information only; for diagnosis, treatment decisions or interpretation of results, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Your account and responsibilities
- Keep your account and OTP confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe they have been misused.
- Provide information that is accurate and current, and ensure you are authorised to submit any patient details you provide.
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent, misleading or unlawful requests.
